Has time taken or do we rebuild at the atomic
and molecular levels continually?
Yes cells die but it's changing, making anew,
regenerating, and making up for lost time.
Preserving balance the main goal to this task
at hand, and yes, we all get a try.
Let's do it right while we are still involved in
